Tom is great! Once I found a property I liked, he helped me get the offer in, recommended great inspectors and lawyers, and followed the process through carefully. He communicated with the sellers agent, loan officer and lawyer and let me know what I needed to do and when. When there was a miscommunication on the day of close about the keys, Tom went out of the way to deliver them to me. He and his partners, Kurt and Diane are great too. Tom Blake was absolutely awesome from the start to the end. My home wasn't an easy sell due to it was 255 years old and had a failed septic. He was incredibly helpful and was able to guide me through the replacement of the septic and suggestions to prepare the he house for sale.
